About:  NHRA and IHRA Competitive Super Comp Dragster Driver.
Biography:  Kelsey earned her NHRA competition drivers license after graduating from Frank Hawley’s Drag Racing School in May 2010, at the age of 17. She also has her IHRA license. She turned 18 the day she showed up for her first national drag race, the Gatornationals, in Gainesville, Florida and became the youngest competitor to drive a 180 mile-an-hour Super Comp dragster in a NHRA event. Kelsey started out racing Jr. Dragsters, but quickly moved up a class after getting a taste of the “big cars”. She is currently working on getting licensed in Top Dragster, the next level up from Super Comp.

Kelsey graduated, from Bloomingdale Senior High School, this past June. Although she is planning on racing for a possible future career, she is still going to attend college. Kelsey will attend the University of Tampa in the fall of 2011 and plans to major in marketing and communication.
Personal Information:  Driven to succeed, Kelsey is the youngest in her family of four. Her father, mother, and older sister have supported her from the beginning and encouraged her to keep the competitiveness in her.
Personal Interests:  Aside from racing, Kelsey was a drum major and flutist for the Rajun’ Bull Marching Band at Bloomingdale High School. Currently, she's involved with the ELITE Leadership Program, student government for the university, a brother of Delta Sigma Pi, and a sister of Delta Zeta at The University of Tampa. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys playing golf and spending time with her family and friends.
